Well, you're still on the "why don't you use TPAM" thing, so it evens out.
TheDOMINATOR
05-20-09, 09:03 PM
Always nice balancing the scales, TPAM.
TPAM and I are the same person.
Iroquois
05-20-09, 09:07 PM
I knew it, TPAMs.
You were right, TPAM. Bridge to Terabithia is amazingggggg!
TheDOMINATOR
05-20-09, 09:21 PM
Oh my God, Jacob's Ladder, TPAMs!
Iro, I don't think my other self is very much like me.
TPAM
TheDOMINATOR
05-20-09, 09:27 PM
TPAM, Iro logged off; I guess he had been online for quite some time.
And agreed. At least, as of late.
KasperKristensen
05-20-09, 09:28 PM
TPAM needs to find out whether I'm his clone or he is mine. Huawardiahg!
TheDOMINATOR
05-20-09, 09:30 PM
I admit that you actually had the theme first, TPAM. :)
KasperKristensen
05-20-09, 09:32 PM
But PAM you had nearly the exact same avatar as mine for a really long time.
TheDOMINATOR
05-20-09, 09:34 PM
That's true, TPAM. We can coexist peacefully, I think.
KasperKristensen
05-20-09, 09:38 PM
None can live while the other survives. Huawardiahg!
TheDOMINATOR
05-20-09, 09:40 PM
I like your word there, TPAM.
TheDOMINATOR
05-20-09, 09:43 PM
T-to-the-PAMizzle lacks creativity.
KasperKristensen
05-20-09, 09:44 PM
I like your word there, TPAM.
Yeah it's written phonetically.
It's gonna be a thing. Like Huzah!
TheDOMINATOR
05-20-09, 09:48 PM
I see, TPATPAM.
And I see, TPAM.
KasperKristensen
05-20-09, 09:52 PM
TPATPATPATPATPATPATPATPATPAM is me!
TheDOMINATOR
05-20-09, 09:53 PM
Wouldn't doubt it, TPAM.
TPAM says he's TheDOMINATOR, but in reality he's TPAM.
KasperKristensen
05-20-09, 09:54 PM
Oh no you didn't TPAM.
If TPAM had another K- word/name in her username, her initials would be KKK.
TheDOMINATOR
05-20-09, 09:55 PM
Yes he did, TPAM.
KasperKristensen
05-20-09, 09:57 PM
I'm not freakin' female! xD
TheDOMINATOR
05-20-09, 09:57 PM
Chameleon, TPAM?
Really, TPATPAM? I've been mistaken here on MoFo myself.
KasperKristensen
05-20-09, 10:07 PM
Dude one of the three wise men was named Caspar. That turns to Kasper in the Danish bibles.
The friendly ghost was named Casper...
Versions of Kasper (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Casper_(name)), for future references.
KasperKristensen
05-20-09, 10:09 PM
It's prevalent in North America. Prevalent I tell you! :p
I understand, TPAM, sorry. My mistake.
KasperKristensen
05-20-09, 10:12 PM
No need to apologies Swanster (or TPAM if you will), I'm just joking. ;)
TPAM is a male, like I am a male.
KasperKristensen
05-20-09, 10:15 PM
And I knew TPAM is a male.
Iroquois

TPAM has an avatar of a movie I watched recently.
TheDOMINATOR

TPAM is back.
Iroquois
05-20-09, 11:24 PM
Like a Terminator, TPAM.
Harry Lime
05-20-09, 11:35 PM
TPAM, you haven't slept for a while have you?
Iroquois
05-20-09, 11:43 PM
I'd say I've been awake for 25 hours straight, give or take.
Harry Lime
05-20-09, 11:48 PM
Sometimes (although not for a while) when I used to stay up real late, and every night it would get later and later, I'd have a reset day. This is where I'd stay awake past the crack of dawn and not sleep until later that night, usually around 6 or 7pm. Then I'd get my sleeping schedule back on track by waking up early the next morning. Unfortuantely it wouldn't last forever and next thing I knew I was going through the same routine a few months down the road. Can't help it, I'm a night person.
Iroquois
05-20-09, 11:59 PM
So am I, TPAM.
Harry Lime
05-21-09, 12:03 AM
But the sleep reset is good every once in a blue moon. For me though it's no problem, I can stay awake for days without the aid of illegal drugs.
Iroquois
05-21-09, 12:06 AM
I don't think I've reached that level yet, I'm struggling through a day and will probably head straight to bed once I go home, whenever that is.
Harry Lime
05-21-09, 12:10 AM
Are you at school right now? It's what time there, 3pm?
Iroquois
05-21-09, 12:14 AM
Yeah, and it's 1:13pm. I'm still working on the assignment I was working on 12 hours ago - during a tutorial for an entirely different subject. I've got a shocking work ethic.
Then again, there is the possibility that this assignment isn't even due today...
Harry Lime
05-21-09, 12:30 AM
Good luck on that one, what's the assignment?
Iroquois
05-21-09, 12:31 AM
1000 words of dot points of research. Simple, really, but I'm lazy and overtired.
Harry Lime
05-21-09, 12:36 AM
Ya, sleep deprivation doesn't help your cause.
Iroquois
05-21-09, 12:38 AM
Yeah, fortunately I'm past the halfway point so it's still possible to accomplish in time. If not, I guess I'm ready a week early.
Harry Lime
05-21-09, 12:44 AM
Am I not helping getting into this conversation with you? Well you could always log off.
Iroquois

Devils Angel
05-22-09, 08:12 AM
TPAM is catching up on much needed sleep it would appear :p
Iroquois
05-22-09, 08:29 AM
I take it TPAM gets the right amount of sleep then?
Devils Angel
05-22-09, 08:38 AM
More often than not i get more sleep than i need due to my loverly pills that make me tired ALL the time.
Iroquois
05-22-09, 09:52 AM
Fair enough. I've never taken pills to make me go to sleep, though.
Devils Angel
05-22-09, 10:04 AM
Theyre not to make me go to sleep, thats just a side effect of them.

Harry Lime
05-23-09, 12:50 AM
My thanks to TPAM. When is TPAM going to put up his top ten again?
Soon, TPATPAM. I have it all figured out, but at first glance it appears sort of pathetic because 3 of the movies are from 2007 - 2008, ha.
Besides, I just became a Buster Keaton fanboy-to-be, so I have to wait and see what happens there.

It's okay, TPAM. I'm off anyway so the thread is yours. :)
Harry Lime
05-23-09, 01:33 AM
TPAM has become a fan of Keaton, what did you watch of his?
Iroquois
05-23-09, 01:33 AM
No, the thread is MINE, TPAM. ALL MINE, ahahahaha.
*ahem*
So...yeah.
EDIT:
Dammit Harry!
Harry Lime
05-23-09, 01:34 AM
TPAM was too slow, heh heh....
Iroquois
05-23-09, 01:35 AM
"I come from Canada so they think I'm slow, eh?"
Harry Lime
05-23-09, 01:37 AM
Het TPAM, "I think I hear a dingo eating your baby!"
Iroquois
05-23-09, 01:38 AM
I see you've played "knifey-spoony" before, TPAM.
Harry Lime
05-23-09, 01:42 AM
TPAM is going to take this all the way to the Prime Minister.
Iroquois
05-23-09, 01:44 AM
TPAM makes me wish I'd paid more attention to the episodes where they paid out Canadians. I'm probably going to end up falling back on South Park now.
Harry Lime
05-23-09, 01:49 AM
"Canada? Why would I want to leave America just to visit America, Jr.?"
Iroquois
05-23-09, 01:50 AM
TPAM could easily get replaced by a Danish person.
Harry Lime
05-23-09, 01:55 AM
That one I don't get, TPAM.
Iroquois
05-23-09, 02:00 AM
Well, I figure I'll explain it. In a recent episode, the entire country of Canada went on strike so the U.S. ships in Danish people to make up for the lack of Canadians. Danish people are called the "Canadians of Europe".
Don't watch much South Park, do you, TPAM?
Harry Lime
05-23-09, 02:05 AM
I gave up on it actually, used to like it. My favourite episode is Spooky Fish from way back.
One of them (the writers) is Canadian, I forget which one.

Harry Lime
05-23-09, 04:55 AM
Has TPAM seen If....?
Iroquois
05-23-09, 04:58 AM
Sadly, no. It is, of course, on my to-do list.
Harry Lime
05-23-09, 05:01 AM
I've been chipping away at my list lately. Coming up soon for me is Fassbinder's 15 hour Berlin Alexanderplatz, that should be interesting.
Iroquois
05-23-09, 05:12 AM
Should be - I should tackle that one of these years. Next film on my to-do list is The Bridge on the River Kwai - mainly because of the whole trade-off thing.
Harry Lime
05-23-09, 05:53 AM
It's a great flick, you've seen Lawrence of Arabia?
Iroquois
05-23-09, 05:55 AM
Yeah, about four years ago. I thought it was so great I stuck it straight into my Top 100 (at #8 no less). Not entirely sure if it'd be there now, though...haven't seen it since. Four hours is a lot of time to put in for a single movie, especially these days.
Harry Lime
05-23-09, 05:59 AM
Chances are you're going to like The Bridge on the River Kwai.
I'm bailing on the movie trade-off myself, not because Suspect picked a bad movie for me (In fact it was one I had wanted to see for a long time - just didn't like it), but because I have a list of my own I'd like to get through.
Have you seen many Miyazaki films?
Iroquois
05-23-09, 10:22 AM
I've seen three - Princess Mononoke, Spirited Away and Nausicaa in the Valley of the Wind. I liked all of them, but after finishing them, promptly stopped caring.
Yourself?

I'm the good one of course, TPAM.
Harry Lime
05-23-09, 11:54 PM
Sure you are, TPAM. I believe you. But obviously the evil one would claim to be good.
Actually, I don't think Iro is good or bad, TPAM. He's in between.
Harry Lime

Iroquois

Which people, TPAM? And who decides?
Iroquois

You are excellent in the art of living, TPAM.
Are you talking about living or "zombiefying", TPAM?
Iroquois

Who cares? I'm good at both.

Harry Lime
05-25-09, 02:56 AM
I'm not in a rush to watch those remaining three. I dig TPAM's avatar, funny stuff. I think you asked about my opinion on zombie flicks, Shaun of the Dead is my favourite.
I'm working my way through the lists, TPAM. I bought a few more DVD's today, two were Touch of Evil and The Conformist.
Harry Lime
05-25-09, 02:59 AM

Devils Angel

Do you ever do the assignments or are you just forever avoiding them? I just had beef Supernoodles, sooo not enough to fill me :(
Iroquois
05-25-09, 09:42 AM
I do the assignments and I'm also forever avoiding them, but there comes a point where I can't avoid them and I just do them.
Have been drinking flat Sprite all night. Not my favourite drink.
TPAM has been drinking flat sprite, I drink all my pop flat as I hate bubbles in my drink.
Iroquois
05-25-09, 09:56 AM
TPAM can't handle bubbles.
Very true TPAM long time no chatty chatty.
Iroquois

Oh yes Sir I have been having withdrawal symptons my friend
Iroquois
05-25-09, 10:26 AM
I'm sure you've been coping fine regardless.
Oh yes mate been watching DVDs and tv but the best thing is seeing my son playing in the garden we have out the front of our house, it is about 35 foot long and grassed. We had his boucey castle out yeterday and he loved it.
Iroquois
05-25-09, 10:30 AM
Sounds lovely. Makes me think that I may be wasting my days.
Well after the few glasses of wine I had I did fancy going out on the bouncy castle but I know for a fact it was going to be a fail from the start so I didnt
How are you these days then Iro mate?
Iroquois
05-25-09, 10:35 AM
Eh, same as always. The last few weeks of semester and I have to crack down on assignments - three of them have to be in excess of 2,000 words and another's got to be a multimedia project. They cast quite a shadow over everything else.
Sounds like a nightmare to me mate TBH but glad you are on top of it.
Iroquois
05-25-09, 10:46 AM
Well, I don't think it's the end of the world at least. Really should get more effort into it, though - so many wasted hours this year...
Harry Lime
05-25-09, 08:36 PM
I'd think TPAM would prefer more zombies if it were the end of the world.

Harry Lime

Probably Twilight, it's comedy gold.
TPAM, what's that avatar? It looks like Christopher Walken.
KasperKristensen
05-26-09, 05:16 AM
Yeah it is TPAM. It's not from any movie, I just googled 'Walken' and 'zombie'. Then I remembered the gladiator joke from Deer Hunter and thought it fitted.

Damn straight, but so is TPAM. I'm outta here for now, time for part 11 of Berlin Alexanderplatz.

TPAM is in the process of watching an epic collection of Fassbinder films.

I am unsure as to what TPAM is referring to.
Iroquois

TPAM has a large DVD collection.
TheDOMINATOR
05-26-09, 11:29 PM
Yep, TPAM, and every now and again I get the urge to go through my entire collection and write down all the titles that I own. But that would literally take all night, I'm guessing, putting MicroSoft Excel up on my laptop and dragging it across the floor while I look at my collection and type.
Iroquois

I suppose it's just easier to take photos where you can read the titles.
TheDOMINATOR
05-26-09, 11:33 PM
Very true, TPAM, but it would take dozens of photos to capture pictures of ALL the title in my collection, especially since my cell phone doesn't take very grand pictures. I'd probably have to take 2-3 pics per shelf, so that would be...a lot of pics. :D

Sounds like a monstrous task regardless. I can fit my collection into 2 photos (and I did).
TheDOMINATOR
05-26-09, 11:40 PM
Very nice, TPAM. I actually have posted a couple pictures of my collection here in the past. I don't know; if I got some encouragement, I'd be more inclined to do it. Would you like me to take more detailed photos of it and make some sort of "My Collection" thread? :)
Iroquois

I'm not too fussed one way or the other but if you feel passionate enough to do it anyway, go for it.
TheDOMINATOR

TPAM is very semi-encouraging.

What about your DVD collection, TPAM?
Harry Lime

Should I post pictures of all my copied DVD's, TPAM?
Iroquois

If you like.
Harry Lime
05-27-09, 01:03 AM
Well I don't have a camera, so you know... I do have them all typed out on a list but it's not in any order other than when I burned them. I plan on trying to put it in order sometime soon and when I do I'll post it somewhere here.
Iroquois

TPAM thinks it sounds good. :yup:
Harry Lime
05-27-09, 01:08 AM
And there'll be some garbage DVD's in the mix that will give you the opportunity to make fun, but that's what you get for working out a burned DVD trade with a buddy and he hooks you up with movies like Pootie Tang, Without a Paddle and Tomb Raider and you're burning The Godfather, Goodfellas and Pulp Fiction for him.
