TPAM, Rice-Aroni (or however it is you spell it) is the San Fransisco treat.
Why are you telling me this, TPAM?
TheDOMINATOR
05-01-09, 09:31 PM
Because it's a fantabulous FYI bit, TPAM.
It didn't make my brain bigger, TPAM.

Harry Lime

Where did TPAM get his user name from?
I watched Oldboy today, TPAM. I thought it was in your top 10 but I guess not.
Harry Lime
05-02-09, 12:44 AM
no TPAM, it was in my top ten for that year though. You liked it I'm guessing?
Mmmmmmmmmmmhmmmmmm, TPAM. It was way better than Sympathy for Mr. Vengeance, and you know I loved that.
Harry Lime
05-02-09, 12:51 AM
Figured you'd like it, and you've seen City of God, right TPAM?
That's in my top 10, TPAM.
Harry Lime
05-02-09, 12:57 AM
TPAM doesn't have a top ten for viewing by other members.
I had the ten films I was going to have in it, but then it got all messed up, TPAM. I want to get it up soon though.
Harry Lime
05-02-09, 01:03 AM
TPAM should just post the ten, it can always be changed.
TheDOMINATOR
05-02-09, 01:13 AM
TPAM...still banned from that one place.
I'm not sure what my top ten is right now, TPATPAM.
Harry Lime
05-02-09, 01:20 AM
Jacob's Ladder, City of God, and Slumdog are all in there right? TPAM only needs seven more. Ikiru maybe?
No I mean, I know the films I want in there, TPAM, but after watching some movies and rewatching some others recently I got all confused.
Harry Lime
05-02-09, 01:40 AM
What did TPAM get confused about?
Iroquois
05-02-09, 06:01 AM
Who knows, TPAM?
Harry Lime
05-02-09, 06:10 AM
Always wondered about the time difference between here and where you are. What time is it there, TPAM?
Add about 18 hours TPAM, but it also depends on if you use daylight savings time.
Harry Lime
05-02-09, 06:16 AM
Well it's 2:15 am Saturday morning here, does that make it 8 pm Saturday there then?
Iroquois
05-02-09, 06:28 AM
It's 7:28pm on Saturday night here, TPAM.
Harry Lime
05-02-09, 06:32 AM
I guess daylight savings time, or the lack of, comes into play. TPAM
Iroquois
05-02-09, 06:36 AM
I thought daylight savings was over. Or at least for me, anyway.
Harry Lime
05-02-09, 06:38 AM
Here too, is there more than one time zone in Australia? Maybe it's only a 17 hours difference.
Iroquois
05-02-09, 07:27 AM
Depends on which city you live in, I think.

Dill-man
05-02-09, 07:21 PM
Yeah I do TPAM, you two and Swan. You post similarly and have similar taste in movies. If I'm just skimming I get you three confused.
TheDOMINATOR
05-02-09, 07:46 PM
I suppose I'll take that as a compliment, TPAM. ;)

TPAM and TPATPAM have virtually the same avatar.
Tpam has an evil looking avatar - way cool - that grin .
Iroquois

I see TPAM figured it out and posted his video in the right thread.
I sure did, TPAM. Thanks for pointing out my fault.
Harry Lime
05-03-09, 11:02 PM
TPAM, it's a talent of mine, pointing out other people's faults.
TPAM should know that I watched both Goodfellas and Manhattan, they were okay.
Harry Lime
05-03-09, 11:07 PM
TPAM thought Goodfellas was just 'okay'? I can understand not being a big fan of Manhattan, but Goodfellas?!?!
I didn't like Goodfellas much at all, TPAM. I love Manhattan, though.
Harry Lime
05-03-09, 11:15 PM
Hurm...TPAM.
I just liked Casino better TPAM, a review for Goodfellas and Manhattan are coming.
Harry Lime
05-03-09, 11:22 PM
Casino was just an excuse to get De Niro, Pesci and Scorsese together again after the success of Goodfellas, TPAM.
But a good excuse it was, TPAM
Harry Lime
05-03-09, 11:28 PM
Maybe, TPAM. What does it matter anyway, it's all personal preference right? Now if we're talking about Clerks 2, well...
Harry Lime
05-03-09, 11:41 PM
So awesome that it's better than The Shawshank Redemption! When TPAM posts his reviews I'll have to check 'em out and throw some rep his way.
Thanks TPAM, I'll probably post Goodfellas tomorrow, or Tuesday. I'm kind of cheating and throwing Austruck some rep to proofread my reviews, and we can all just wait till she edits it and gives me it back.
Harry Lime
05-03-09, 11:47 PM
Sounds good, TPAM. I was surprised at first that you hadn't seen Goodfellas yet, but I forget you're only 15, right?
I had seen Goodfellas before, and really liked it. This was my second viewing I belive. And thanks for reminding me about that, in my review I said this was my first viewing. That's why I always sleep on a review, just to make sure I said what I said right.
Harry Lime
05-03-09, 11:55 PM
I have to find something to watch, something simple to go along with this wicked headache I've had all day. TPAM have any suggestions?
Clerks II, TPAM
Or The IT Crowd on Netflix Instant View is good.
Iroquois

Sounds good, TPAM. I was surprised at first that you hadn't seen Goodfellas yet, but I forget you're only 15, right?
I was 10 when I first saw Goodfellas but didn't initially like it. By the time I saw it a third time at 14-15 I got hooked.
TPAM is suggestive.

I think TPATPAM made a typo, yet don't think TPAM noticed.
I didnt notice TPAM and still dont see it.
Iroquois
05-05-09, 05:58 AM
Okay, I'll explain. Harry was referring to books by Kurt Vonnegut, but accidentally misspelled Vonnegut as Vonneut. The fact that you also posted it as Vonneut straight afterwards suggests that you did not notice it was a typo because you didn't already know who Vonnegut was and how his name was spelled properly.
 I dont know who the auther is lol and the reason I spelt it wrong is because I used copy and paste :rotfl:
Iroquois
