Two hitmen, old hand Ken (Gleeson) and beginner Ray (Farrell) are hiding out in Bruges after Ray's first job.
MovieMeditation
They are in fact the exact opposite of grand scale period pieces, in the way that films like In Bruges deals with the small insignificance turned significant.
TheUsualSuspect
Both Gleeson and Farrell do fine jobs as two hitmen 'sight seeing' in Bruges, but it's Ralph Fiennes who steals the show as the boss who loves to swear ever chance he gets.
