It is a corny movie but as a kid i always liked Pee Wees big adventure so i guess thats my favorite

Pee Wee's Big Adventure

I liked him in the Cheech and Chong movies as well, the extemely annoying hotel host who wants to be a comedian was great.

"Pee-Wee's Big Adventure" is classic, and his best.

His appearances in Cheech & Chong's flicks are hysterical and memorable.

According to IMDB, Paul Reubens wasn't in Meatballs Part III .

My favorite is The Pee-wee Herman Show , I don't think it counts a as a movie though.

I'm surprised nobody said Blow was their favorite.
