Last meal you ate, and your rating!

Just went out for a meal with my family and had a stunning meal called a "bbq chicken melt" with chips and salad basically its a breast of chicken in a mass of a thick bbq sauce, then a garlic bread on the top then melted cheese on top of that, its the 3rd time ive had this this year and its stunning.

1 pile of cuke salad

That sounds absolutly stunning, shame is we cant get anything like that in the UK But yeah that does sound really nice. Have you tried the Jack Daniels BBQ sauce?

I love any bbq sauce that is made with alcohol weither it's beer or liquor. My favorites are dark beer bbq sauces. I've got a couple of killer recepies for them. Also a mustard bbq sauce is amazing as well. You get a nice flavor from the actual bbq then some kick from the mustard and vinegar. Delicious.

I could talk for hours about sauces/rubs/marinades/spices and what-not.

You have no idea how much I have that exact same meal! Except I have the peanut butter on pumpernickel with strawberry jam. And it gets a 5/5 out of me.

I have had PB and bananas on top of a hotcake and some honey.


My Dad used to rave about bananna and pb sandwiches...never tried that....nor the tomato 'wiches he mentioned.
