I once dove off a train bridge in northern California ... I think it was 40'. NEVER again!

I bungied once over about 4' of water on the gulf coast. Scary, but I'd do it again. I always wanted to parachute....

2. I can't really think of anything specific.... I wipe out memories every now and then. If something comes to mind, I'll respond later, I really have to go. But, I don't think you should get that embarrassed, no matter what.

1). I often dream of being in the dark. It's usually outside as I can feel the bark on the trees as I move....trying to find a way out. The sound of my breathing quickening makes me feel panicked, which makes me move faster and breathe more. I have this one almost every night.

2). ALL the time.

3). There was one time in my life I would have, I think. But no longer.

4). It depends. That's a subjective question. I KNOW getting drunk is a mistake, yet I haven't learned not to... not in 20 years. I know cutting towards myself with a box knife is a mistake... that one only took one time.

5). Good question. I feel I have lived a full life. I'm fairly young but I've done almost everything I've wanted to do.... and I've achieved most of what I've wanted to achieve. If my children were capable of standing on their own then I would dive myself. If not, then I would fight to live.

It would be a coin toss between Sun-Tzu and Shakespeare. One lived in an age of darkness, the other in an age of enlightenment. Both understood not only the individual man, but the the parts that tie us together as a species... the inherent things that are common. These things are not easy to see, they get lost in self motivations and self preservation. I know those qualities are there in each of us... as sure as we each have a heart that pumps nourishment throughout our bodies.... putting our fingers on the proverbial pulse is another matter.

My first week on my new job.

We have coffee machines where I work. You set your cup inside it, push a button and it fills, seen these? Anyways, I'm going to the room to get coffee. One of my new co-workers (who still teases me) tells me "hey, your boss says she's so glad she hired you... she tells us that you are brilliant." Of course I'm flattered, so i make some remark (don't remember what it was) and push the button to send the coffee to the cup. In my brilliance, I'd forgotten to put the cup (which was still in my hand) into the machine which was now spewing hot coffee all over me. Of course the room had filled by this time with other coffee drinkers waiting for me to quit dancing under the tap.

I proved my brilliance to one and all that day.
