At an Overflow store at Cannon Hill. This is somewhere in Queensland, Australia. I got it cheap because nobody ever buys Overflow DVDs.

Overflow is one of those budget stores where you can find just about anything cheap - I can't think of an American equivalent to explain to people so you'll have to invent one yourself.
