The Kids Are Alright was my #5. Just couldn't leave out The Who.

Children Full of Life was my #8. Films or docs that show children in a honest and heartwarming way usually generate a positive review. My score goes up the better it does it, therefore this amazing doc is an easy

I never could get the hang of Thursdays.
Exit Through the Gift Shop was my #1. Hugely entertaining documentary with some thought-provoking commentary on art and truth.

Grizzly Man was my #10. Compelling, often frustrating character study.

Like the fella says, in Italy for 30 years under the Borgias they had warfare, terror, murder, and bloodshed, but they produced Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci, and the Renaissance. In Switzerland they had brotherly love - they had 500 years of democracy and peace, and what did that produce? The cuckoo clock."

About half of the films I had which didn't make the list are film centred, so some of you might like to take a look at the following:

Never Sleep Again - http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1510985/?ref_=fn_al_tt_3
No Subtitles Necessary - http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1054118/
Secret Voices of Hollywood - http://www.imdb.com/title/tt3246754/?ref_=fn_al_tt_1
Casting By - http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1293751/?ref_=fn_al_tt_1

Yeah I'm pretty sure it was your recommendation years back (maybe in the movie tab) that had me watch Z Channel and it's great stuff. I've also downloaded...I mean bought Secret Voices of Hollywood and plan on watching it soon.

Well, glad this all went well.

Well done Harry for getting it together and for the help in getting list sorted for me to do the graphics.

Seems like this has turned out similar to the Comics List in terms of numbers... just with less fighting on the threads lol!

Well done, Harry... was a pleasure to work with you on this one.

DAMN! "Never Sleep Again" came far more close to being on the list than I ever suspected. If only I had put it higher on my list. "I Am Divine" was another of mine that came close.

Is this making the list section?
Yeah, Yoda said it's a go and #84 will be J2ckass.
If it's spelled that way, I'm never bothering to send in another list for another countdown since you people can't be serious.

My goodness, Rodent -- you're getting into the "Ghostbusters" spirit ever since that new trailer came out.

I've gone purist. The proper Belushi-Slimer and a banner with the actual Mr Stay Puft and the four real Ghostbusters on it (Heh! Real Ghostbusters, get it?).

It's a new Ghostbusters. What else is there to know? Frankly, I'd rather this (whatever it is) than Ghostbusters 3, which has always been an awful idea to me.

I think all of mine made the list, except this fine documentary

Plagues & Pleasures on the Salton Sea
I like that one a whole lot. First saw The Plagues & Pleasures on the Salton Sea at a film festival, and have been pushing it on people ever since. Narrated by John Waters, it is equally fascinating from both the ecological and sociological angles. And talk about the butterfly effect, Sonny Bono has a fatal skiing accident and the last hope for the Salton Sea dies with him.

One Day in September was one of the last handful I cut from my list, too.

Okay, here's my modest list... Filled with docs I love and those leftover viewings that I liked but didn't love, but included anyways, so I could scrape a list together.
