can't get to my profile

When I'm on the main page I can't can't get to my profile. When I click on it nothing happens! It wont light up! why is that?

Its fine now. My computer must of been having a glitch! DAMN THING!!

Tell me if it happens again, so I can be informed.

Actually, I was having the same problem. It's fine now as well, but I couldn't get in for the better part of a day.

You're referring to the links under "Currently Active Users" on the forum home page?

Nope. Up top there where it says MY Profile. Like I said everything is fine and dandy for me now, but before when I tried to click it did nada. I thought it was just me until I noticed this thread.

Well glad it wasn't just me.

What caused it to go away in each instance? Did a simple refresh do the trick?

It took a few shots but finally worked.

I just didn't get into my profile. I wasn't trying very hard and was going to deal with the problem later then the problem was gone. Everything else about the site was fine and I have never had any sort of problem before. I dunno, I wouldn't have thought much more about it, but saw this thread and thought I'd pipe up in case something happens again. Weird that we seem to be the only two that this happened too.

I'm pretty sure it happened to me too, but my computer in general was acting very slow for awhile there. I just stopped trying. Refreshing didn't help. Later on, I came back and the computer and this site were acting better. Sorry, I realize that's of little help. I think besides "My Profile", it wouldn't let me access the "Quick Links" during my slow times.

Firefox and Adblock Plus stuck a lovely transparent tab over 60% of the 'My Profile' link, probably inviting you to block whatever bit of code was contained immediately below it. I couldn't get to my profile unless I specifically clicked on the 'e'.

I say "probably" because it's gone now.
