An electrified bannister rail, strange things that move around on their own while the camera wasnt looking (ala-dining chairs but in this case its comic books), the kid wanting a night-light, a lightning storm and a scary tree however, blankets of CGI are no substitute for the time, effort and pure ....

Yes, expect to see some "coming at the screen" moments, which make me cringe in embarrassment and a little bit of disappointment, considering Kenan also had a hand in the animated haunted house flick, Monster House.

Kenan is the director of Monster House, the only horror movie to ever be Oscar nominated for Best Animated Feature and probably the best junior horror movie ever.
