CAMEOS (Surprising, Delightful, Infamous, Weird, Unexpected, etc.)

Hey, is there a "Cameo" thread on this site already?
If so... apologies.
But it is an interesting topic for movie lovers.
What are some of your favorite, most memorable or surprising cameos?

Woody Harrelson as Galacticta in anger management immediately came to mind. "I'm from ze little bawarian town of ... " too funny. Love all of Stephen King's cameos too.

One of my most memorable cameos is from an old Dean Martin / Jerry Lewis movie called Scared Stiff (1953).

At the very end of the film the boys run screaming after they discover a secret panel in a wall that houses two skeletons that have the real heads of Bob Hope and Bing Crosby!

Looking at the trivia for the film on IMDB it says: The previous year Martin and Lewis had made an uncredited gag appearance in Bing Crosby and Bob Hope's "The Road to Bali." Hope and Crosby return the favor with a cameo in this film.
Now I'll have to look for The Road to Bali!

Survivor 5s #2 Bitch
Daria Nicolodi, who Dario Argento frequently cast and occasionally wrote with, made a cameo in Suspiria, she appears behind Jessica Harper, in the airport, and is wearing a red suit!

Stan Lee in all the Marvel movies, good to see him being active in the MCU to some extent lol
He's following in the footsteps of Alfred Hitchcock (who decided he'd make an appearance in all his films).
In the movie Lifeboat, which took place entirely in a lifeboat, Hitchcock had a challenge. So his image appeared in a newspaper that was in the lifeboat!

George Clooney as Sparky in Big Gay Al's Big Gay Boatride, much better than his doctor part in the movie. Also the member of Blink 182 or whatever who skilfully played the role of turkey #3 in Helen Keller: The Musical, underrated turkey noise!

This is one of my favorites, especially because I was totally unaware of it until many years later...

In Superman (1978) there's a scene where young Clark is racing a train - inside the train a little girl sees him and tries to alert her parents to the superhumanly fast boy.
The girl is supposed to be young Lois Lane. Her parents are played by Kirk Alyn - the original Superman from the old black & white movie serials of the late 1940's, and Noel Neill who played Lois Lane opposite Kirk Alyn and then reprised the role opposite George Reeves in the Adventures of Superman TV series!

Trouble with a capital "T"
When Alanis Morissette shows up in Dogma (1999) playing God.
Ha, that seems approriate for some reason.

I just remembered one Jason Alexander turns up in a pool hall in Brighton Beach Memoirs.

Robert Patrick had a cameo in Wayne's World as the T-1000.
