Blue/Green sock limb removal

Hello, can anyone recall the name of a movie or tv show dvd which has a behind the scenes/making of etc feature on it that shows the whole process of using blue/green socks to remove limbs off people/things?

I spent a few hours googling but all i could find were article about it some with some before/after pics but no detailed information about the whole process or video.

I thought for sure I could find something about it with the walking dead and I found a few behind the scenes videos featuring it but they didn't show much of it or explain what was actually going on, the best one just showed the shot with the zombie with socks on their arms and without the zombie in it then the composited shot with the zombie with no arms but didn't show the process of them actually doing it in post.

I know i've seen a few dvd features where they spent a few minutes showing exactly what goes on showing the shooting without the actor then with the socked actor then into the post production office and explaining/showing them combining the 2 shots and replacing the sock with whats in the 2nd shot then putting in the stump, badages or whatever etc etc but I just can't remember what those dvds were and every one I have looked at has nothing about it in the special features.

I don't know if this does have it, but if there is a making of with the movie/DVD Forrest Gump, then they may show some. Gary Sinise lost his legs in that movie.

I think the Amasing spider-man had bits in how they shot conners missing arm. Also the movie soul surfer has a section on that as well.

I've tried that video but they still don't understand how it's done, issue being it's not showing the actual process of what was done, just the final rendered shot with an annoying chick trying to explain how it was.

I'm after something showing the professionals that actually did the vfx, actually filming the shot with the actor wearing the socks then filming it again with no actor and go on to show the footage transferred to the workstation and using the 2 shots to remove the limb before showing the tidying up of the frames and various stages adding the stump or whatever to the rendered footage without the limb.

I know of at least 2 movies/tv show where they showed the whole process with footage of the actual work done on the movie/show just can not remember which ones or find anything similar on any one I look at, they all just show the regular green screen work of adding things to the background that arn't actually there or different locations.
