VFN
Winter Calls Thy Name
Missed too many of these films.

Thane of Glamis, Thane of Cawdor, & King Hereafter
No American Hustle for Best Picture means no vote for me
With only five slots and more than five good movies, someone always loses out. It came in at number 6. Nothing I can do, even though it was in my top five choices (at number 5). Her is the one that knocked it out.

Bale was great in Hustle.

He was his usual wooden self. He's not great in anything. In terms of actual performance (not to be confused with dedication and doing things like losing extreme amounts of weight), he's mediocre at best. The movies he's done that I've liked, I've enjoyed in spite of him and not because of him.

Thane of Glamis, Thane of Cawdor, & King Hereafter
Final heads up - today is the last day, and so far, voter turnout from all sources has been absolutely abysmal compared to previous awards. I believe 4 people have voted in total this time so far.
