Movie Forums Top 100 of the 2010s - Preliminary Thread

Oh great I’m gonna have to check the Movie Reviews tab regularly again. I keed I keed.

Aside from a few absolute favorites I have no idea what’s gonna be on my list. And with my October packed with horror movies I won’t get to most of these recommendations until November.

As for my recommendation for you all there was a Spanish home invasion movie on Netflix called Sweet Home back in 2015 that I thought was excellent. Yet I never heard anyone else ever talk about it and when I shouted at people to watch it I was roundly ignored.

I'm hoping the little known sequel Babadook Badabeep might draw some love from the Sopranos fans on here

Yeah good list. I’ve seen all those as well. Get Out and Cabin in the Woods have made my lists I’ve submitted in the past.

I watched We Are the Best! (2013) today on the Criterion Channel and really enjoyed it. It's a Swedish film about three young teen girls in the 80s who form a punk band. It was entertaining and fun and all three girls were fantastic. I would love to see it make the countdown.

It's definitely one of my favorite coming of age movies.

It's on my shortlist.
