Relaxing after Christmas lunch

Waking up after a long night talking with my hunny and wrapping presents for the kid. It wasn't a very expensive Christmas morning but it has been excellent so far. Love, peace and happiness to all!

Waking up after the family holiday celebration yesterday (we do ours on Christmas Eve so everyone can do other things with other parts of their families on Christmas Day).

So, all four "kids" (two of them grown now) are upstairs sleeping (it's about 9:20 a.m.), including Yoda, who was up late watching bad TV, I'm sure.

I'm enjoying the peace and quiet of the morning and will make a big pot o' coffee in a few minutes. That might wake a few of 'em up.

Just finished cleaning up the mess I made making breakfast for my mom. It was one of my Christmas gifts.

The breakfast, silly. I made her pancakes and bacon.

I'm sitting here going nuts over the fact that I don't know if she got my voice mail and if she did, when she's going to contact me. Argh! I've never been a good waiter.

I have been playing with my new microscope...So far I have looked at cat hair and a cat whisker, my hair, saliva, peice of carpet, and a dab of ketchup...nothing too exciting. I am going to look at some of my boyfriend's "fellas" soon...he just needs to give it to me! He said he would let me borrow some too!!! Any other suggestions on what I should look at? It can't be anything clear yet because I haven't gotten that blue dye stuff.

Scrape off some gunk from the inside of your cheek. I think we looked at that when I was in high school. It looked wierd, I think.

As for me, I'm not doing anything with my "fellas" but I am putting a bunch of rad sh*t into my new iPod.
