As far as I know, Belinda’s son hasn’t appeared again. He’d better hurry up as there are only 4 more episodes.
Turns out there are 8 episodes.

I’ve only just figured out who the 2nd death belongs to.

Just watched episode 3. Honestly, not a whole lot actually happened in this episode. Felt like a transitional episode to lead us to whatever happens in subsequent episodes.

Watching it this evening.

This is by far the worst season, so far, of the show. Three episodes in to an 8 episode season, I still have no idea what the story they are seeking to tell is and what the driving force of this entire season is supposed to be. The only storyline that has any resonance to me is the one with Jason Isaacs character, where there is a little bit of an intrigue around how his story might unfold and what type of crime he may have been involved with. Every other character, I don't care anything about, and they don't have an interesting story arc.

Season Three, Ep 3. I can't lie, this show is seriously starting to lose me. It's a very pretty postcard for Thailand, but that's about it so far. Save everything that happened with Walton Goggins and the girl with the teeth, I turned it off about six or seven minutes before it actually ended, so if I missed anything important, I hope someone will fill me in. This season has bored me so much that I haven't learned the names of most of the characters. Goggins' character has some serious issues that I don't think they've even begun to explore. Apparently, they have to do with the death of his father, but we clearly only have the tip of the iceberg on that story. Why would he release all these snakes from their cages? I'm not buying his excuse that his weed was laced with something. I was intrigued by the reunion of Belinda and Greg and how he is pretending to be someone else. The whole thing with the former actress with the white hair and exactly what Goggins wants from her was clear as mud. Can't believe with the deep doo doo that he is in, that Jason Isaacs' character suggested that they all give up their phones. I have a feeling he has signed his death warrant with that move. Didn't get the point of his younger son and the "posture class." I'm so over this pervading theme of this season about all the guests participating in these new age treatments and sessions as just a way of the staff to poke into the personal lives of the guests. I really need to see some forward motion on this show quickly.

Gideon, I didn't fully understand why Goggins released the snakes either. I actually initially thought that he was doing that hoping to commit suicide, thinking that the venomous snakes would attack him. But, I couldn't figure out why he would choose to put everyone else at risk in the process, since they would not just attack him, but everyone else in the vicinity as well, who he would be putting at risk. I didn't find his explanation to be completely credible either.

That elusive hide-and-seek cow is at it again
I was kind of confused when she plugged into that weird device, but once I realized that it must be some type of incubation chamber for multiple embryos, things really started to make sense for me. Possibly one of the greatest two-season runs ever put to television. Shame they ended it so soon.

Are we talking about the same show? Man, I need to pay more attention.

I think you’re in a different tv series than we are in this thread.

NYTimes has been negative since episode one. Maybe the reviewer has been a tad harsh, but I agree with some of what he’s said.

Wait... WAIT... You're not talking about... THAT show, are you? HERE?

Sir, you have no shame.

Season Three, Ep 4. Well, a couple of storylines are starting to come to the light. Everything that happened with Gary (Jon Gries) convinced me of something I suspected at the end of last season. I always felt he set up Tanya's death so that he could get her money and the way he was looking at Belinda during the episode, I'm pretty sure her and her son's liovs are in danger. I understand why Rick (Walton Goggins) is so angry and distant now. I hate that his girlfriend dragged it out of him and then when he was finally honest with her, she thought she could talk him out of it? If this was his plan all along, he shouldn't have even brought her along with him in the first place. As I suspected, Jason Isaac's charaatcer, who I think is named Tim, is in serious sh*t and he only made it worse by giving up his phone. He needs to be honest with this family so that he can protect them. Didn't understand the point of him stealing his wife's medication though. Still bored with the three girlfriends (Michelle Monoaghan, Leslie Bibb, Carrie Coon) and what was the point of them being ambushed by those villagers with the water guns? The story with the security guard and the dancer who don't speak English continues to bore as well.

You don’t give up, do you? They speak English!!!

I have seen the guy speak to other characters in English, but he only speaks to the girl in a foreign language. And BTW, why is it so important to you that I concede to you on this?

Lordy, I give up.

Season Three, Ep 5. I'm guessing Rick took that gun, but how did he get in there? OK, Tim took the gun but a gun is going to be pointless in the kind of trouble he's in. After watching her talk to her daughter, it's clue that Parker Posey's character doesn't know a damned thing about her children. This whole trip was arranged for the sake of the daughter? Those dancers' costumes are so beautiful. I feel sorry for Chelsey with the teeth...she really thinks Rick is in love with her. She actually thinks she has some kind of control over the man. It may sound kind of racist, but these three guys that the girlfriends hooked up with seem a lot more dangerous since it was revealed they are Russian. Guess I'm having Anora flashbacks. I don't get what Tim's daughter is so angry about. Loved Belinda trying to explain to that guy about Tanya and Greg in the whispered tones. Technically, Brenda has no proof that Gary killed Tanya, but why was that staff member discouraging her to call the police? Maybe he's in Gary's pocket? Tim's going to have a heart attack if he doesn't get honest with his family about what's going on. Lockley is flirting with Gary's girlfriend? No good can come of that. We actually got a cameo from Leslie Bibb's husband, Oscar winner Sam Rockwell, who is playing an acquaintance of Rick's. Gaitok should have told his relief about the missing gun. Didn't really get the point of Tim's musical flashback. "Saxon doesn't do drugs...I am the drug." Loving that the first reveal about Rockwell's character is that he's a recovering alcoholic. He brought Rock some sort of weapon? I see a bar fight coming. I love the way the girlfriends don't seem to care that these Russians already have girlfriends. I'm happy that Belinda has found some protection. That was a pretty big lizard, I thought it was a kamido dragon. The flaming jump ropes were awesome. There still seems to be some kind of ick factor with the relationship between Saxon and Lockly. And I'm not feeling Piper at all. Why did Rick have to leave America? That was an interesting tidbit that was nonchalantly dropped. Wow, Mike White has really given Sam Rockwell a very meaty story to play. This is the most interesting story that has happened on the show so far this season. "I am her and I'm f8ucking me." Rockwell played the hell out of his scenes. Love the Russian droning on about his life and Bibb trying to get rid of him. So what was the point of the girlfriends and the Russians if they didn't have sex? That guy guarding Belinda is so sexy. Where is Gary? I'm so over Chelsey with the teeth. Loved when Gary's girlfriend said she things Gary might be capable of killing her. It was implied that we might see more of Sam Rockwell, which is always time well spent. Well. at least one of the girls is going to get some. I'm wondering it Rick is having second thoughts about his mission. Oh, Tim stole the gun to kill himself. Can't believe he almost got caught by his wife. Tim's final speech was a bit much though.
