I'd actually written that as part of a longer reply, but decided I was rambling and getting off the topic a bit and took it out. So, yeah...the quotes in "Quote of the Day" are definitely big rep producers. So much so that when we do end up ranking posts more prominently and such, I'll probably have to exclude threads like that.

Hey, I started that Quote of the Day thread ... on a whim! It's funny to me how it's mushroomed into one of those gazillion-page threads all forums have. I'm proud now to have started it.

Try taking a look at a lot of the review threads. A fair few of them review older movies as well, if not exclusively. Not all reviews have to be about new films.
