Inception (proof that the ending is reality.)

Pulp Fiction (Vincent and Mia probably stole the trophy from the restaurant.)

The Dark Knight (mostly the detective stuff slipped past me the first time...)

Kill Bill,Leon,Pulp Fiction,Forrest Gump and Inglorious Basterds are so rewatchable for me,I could just watch them 24/7 without getting bored.Although,I think only Forrest is the one where I keep discovering new things.

I neglected to include a favorite - Blade Runner, especially the "Final Cut". Love that movie in all its Dickean noir moodiness.
