My George Lucas poem

Hi everyone, I'm new to this site after getting bumped off VuePoint which in turn got bumped off the internet. Anyway, here's a post I put on there some time ago which I thought I'd share.
ODE TO GEORGE LUCAS

George, it's now been 35 years
Since you had your sci-fi ideas
From which, you turned into a career
So we watched them at the cinema
Then again when they came on TV
And then once more on VHS
First separately, then a box-set of 3
These were followed by Special Editions
That showed us a little bit more
So of course we went & bought them
And made you rich & us poor
Then we waited for an eternity
Whilst you waited for new SFX technology
Out came Episodes 1,2 & 3
At the cinema &,not VHS, but dvd
Now we have box-set editions - Special, Extended ,Anniversary
Well let me tell you George, it's definitely not for me
It hasn't stopped there because next came Bluray
To give you yet another pay day
And then when you thought no one was looking
You got the cinemas to accept a new booking
You said I know you've seen it all before, but trust me
This time it's Episodes 1 - 6,but in 3D
And for the umpteenth time the fans will go ga-ga
Over what's known as the Star Wars saga
But I have to say George, in all sincerity
The best film you ever made was American Graffiti

felt compelled to give some thoughts on Lucas
the fellah who's made so many whine and piss
he gave us jar-jar binks
and dialogue that sorta stinks
anakin doesn't like sand. it's irritating. it gets everywhere. not to mention it's coarse
tried to scientifically explain the force

but one thing might be true
it can't be easy
to create something quite as groovy
as the original Star Wars movie
it could be
the most loved movie in history
if it were so easily done
there would be many movies more fun

i find something wrong
that a guy who made a film so strong
generated such wrath
no matter how puzzling the prequel gaffe

it's much easier to chastise
than to conceptualize
this poem is probably dumb
but i just wanted to say
i still think the original star wars and the empire strikes back are awesome

don't know if this poem is very deep
hope i put you all to sleep

Every film maker today who uses VFX can line up and kiss George Lucas on the ass. Pucker up, Hollywood.
