Need Title, not much info...

All I can remember is a scene where a guy is driving through a very flat area (possibly the desert) and comes to a random stop light at a four way intersection. He starts to run the light, but a semi comes out of no where and he has to slam on the brakes. He waits for it to turn green and then goes. It might be the start of a movie.

Vanishing Point maybe?

Thanks so much for trying, but no. However, I forgot about the remake of Vanishing Point and I watched it again for the first time in a while, so thank you for that... great movie.

That is so generic it could be anything. If that is all you truly remember, why are you looking for it?
