Both directors have made great films, but neither one have I really taken a core interest in. I'll go with Boyle because he is more experimental.

Welcome to the human race...
Tough call - apart from Alien and Blade Runner, Scott's never really done much for me. Boyle, on the other hand, is much more consistently impressive although he's never really done anything quite on par with the two Scott films I've mentioned. I'll come back to this one.

Let's try to be broad-minded about this
Ridley Scott. Gladiator, Alien and Bladerunner are just too good

Alien and Blade Runner. Who could ask for anything more?

I love Boyle's stuff, but he is not on the same level as Scott.

Scott, because Blade Runner beats anything Boyle has ever done.

Like the fella says, in Italy for 30 years under the Borgias they had warfare, terror, murder, and bloodshed, but they produced Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci, and the Renaissance. In Switzerland they had brotherly love - they had 500 years of democracy and peace, and what did that produce? The cuckoo clock."

Alien definitely beats Blade Runner (Xenomorphs yuuuuuuuuumhdflkajhlkhkjhljh).

I think this is the first time we've agreed with each other on these threads >.>
