Arnie Cunningham- Right up the little tramps @ss!

All the Jaws movies I loved as a kid. Now the original remains a top 5 favorite, I still think the second to be a good movie, but the 3rd and 4th parts are embarrassing to watch anymore. Godzilla movies were also favorites when I was a kid, now they have lost my interest entirely. When I watch a film that was close to me as a child it brings back so many memories from the other 200 times ive watched them.

Movie Forums Squirrel Jumper
Fantasia (the first one)
Perry the Squirrel
Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs
Sleeping Beauty
The Monster that Challenged the World
Old Yeller

a bunch of others that I don't remember.

\m/ Fade To Black \m/
Robocop
Friday 13th
Halloween
Psycho
I grew up watching horrors LOL

Beauty and The Beast. Loved it when I was tiny. The animation was out of this world, and the story line cheesy but classic.

No movies come to mind off-hand. But...
Casper the Freindly Ghost. I was a big cartoon fan as a kid and he was one of my favorites. Watching his cartoons on the DVDs I have now, though, I find them formulaic and, frankly, saccharine.
Woody Woodpecker's another old fave I'm not so crazy for. The little guy is generally way too frenetic, annoying and abrasive for my taste now.
Yeah, I'm old. (Sigh)

Bright light. Bright light. Uh oh.
Growing up: Vincent Price in The Pit and the Pendulum, The Ten Commandments, The Wizard of Oz, The Crimson Pirate, The Time Machine (1960), Gunfight at the O.K. Corral, 20000 Leagues Under the Sea, Oklahoma!, The Bridge on the River Kwai, The Birds and a few others come to mind.

Edit: I still like all these movies. It's been too long since I read the original post. Sorry...

Spider-man. Used to watch it to death. Oh, and LOTR. But I didn't know what was going on half the time.

Umm, a lot of horror films spring to mind. Obviously it's a lot easier to scare you when you are a child than when you're a full grown man. Most of the Nightmare On Elm Street sequels spring to mind. The first one is still great, however.

For some reason, I thought Halloween H20 was the bees nees when I watched it 10 years ago. I would have been about 13 and I remember for a long time I claimed that it was the best horror film in the entire world. Flash forward about 9 years later...my memories of H20 are still that of great scares and thrilling sequences. I'm pumped about revisiting this film and even show it to my then girlfriend, thinking she's about to see some extroadanairy horror film.

The film finishes and theres a moment of uncomfortable silence between us until she suddenly bursts out laughing and I look on in embarrassment. It was so bad that I had to PRETEND that I was winding her up by forcing her to watch it.

Hello Salem, my name's Winifred. What's yours
