I hope no one play's him, because I hope that they don't make the sequel, because they should not take away Tim Burton's version of Batman. Batman Begins is a prequel, and that should be it, leave it at that. Now start where Batman and Robin ended. Also you can't get a better Joker then Jack Nicholson.
Who should play the "villian" in the Batman Begins sequel?
So far I have only heard some interesting choices as to whom they want to play The Joker, but whomever is chosen I will definitely look forward to finding out.
Once as news is heard of as to which actor Christoper Nolan and Warner Brothers approve on to definitely do the role, you can catch the news at The Movie Sequel Mania Redux thread.

I totally think the Joker should be the next villian, but then again what do I know?
I thought the Scare Crow and Ra's Al Ghul were stupid villians until I saw Batman Begins, but they totally ROCKED!

Andrew Koenig
would be my choice, after all he has already done it and looks amazing as the Joker to me.

christian slater, i never would of thought of him but i definetly see where your coming from, and altohugh a sick, sadisitc joker would be pretty sweet, i still think jack as the refined yet crazy joker is the best character style. so christian slater and mark hamill both have my vote and liev schreiber would make a damn good two face with maybe paul bettany or crispin glover as the riddler, save the really sick thin lookikng guys for carreys old role
I read on Rotten Tomatoes, that Steve Carell is going to be the next Joker, any confirmation on this?

I think it would be cool, cuz Joker is Batman's nemesis and it would give more time to make that clear and if we only see Joker's face at the end after he kills someone close to Wayne it would create a much fiercer villian for the next installment.
Here's my source for J-T and Two Face

At the beginning of the second movie, during The Jokers trial, He splashes acid on Dent and that permanently sets in his split personality and he becomes Two-Face. Now Batman would be fighting against a dangerous villain and a good friend.
Personally, I like it.

I did read awhile back on Batman-On-Film, that there's a rumor the 'Untitled Batman Begins Sequel' will be filmed back to back with the third film but so far that does not seem likely.
