The Naked Gun remake

What's with Hollywood's obsession with remaking all these 80's and 90's films?

Have they completely run out of ideas?

And it's not like any of these remakes are becoming hits.

People who want to watch The Karate Kid, for example, will watch the 1984 original, not the 2010 remake with Jackie Chan and Jaden Smith.

I don't get it. It's quite pathetic and boring and bland if you ask me.

But it ain't about how hard ya hit. It's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done!” ~ Rocky Balboa

Paul Walter Hauser has joined the cast

This cast just keeps getting better and better!

A naked gun remake?! Surely they cant be serious.

Frank get ahold of yourself.

I thought the trailer was hilarious and I can't wait to see this now.

They should've cast Will Ferrel instead. Doesn't matter though I'm not watching it. I don't even like the original.
Thematically, Neeson is perfect, not just for the similar names. Both have a history of serious roles, and suddenly Neilsen becomes a comedy icon during his elder years. I think Neeson has a better chance of capturing that irony.

At first I thought "Ugh not another needless remake!" but that trailer won me over, looking forward to it now.

That would have made the movie worse, to be honest.

I find the non-stop gags in the Naked Gun/Hot Shots/Airplane type of parody very irritating and exhausting, therefore I'd watch this remake to see if it's less awful.
