Cuz South Korea is awesome.

I don't know all the specifics, but a lot of release dates on huge films like this get shuffled around because of piracy. I'm sure there's a financial reason that it all makes sense, but I don't know how it works.

I thought that about him in The First Avenger. But he's pretty awesome in The Winter Soldier.
