Movies with "money briefcase" scene

Hi guys,

I need your help here.

I'm looking for movies including a "money briefcase" scene:

Two guys/gangs executing a deal in which a money briefcase is passed from side to side. The recieving side then opens the briefcase to verify its content.

I know it's a tough one, but it can be very helpful

I'm pretty sure The Departed qualifies. There's a small chance they don't open the briefcase to verify the contents, since I'm going off memory, though.
