Welcome to the human race...
No votes. I've seen The General once a long time ago but I remember liking it - can't really go wrong with Keaton so I should revisit it. Haven't seen Tora! Tora! Tora!.

When it comes to WWII's aerial warfare, Midway '76 is probably the most accurate, detailed and realistic reconstruction of the events at Pearl Harbor. It even uses original B&W footage from the battle. Sadly it's side story is something out of 90 day fiancé. Michael Bay and Ben Affleck completely failed with Pearl Harbor and Midway 2019 just falls short compared to the original. So that leaves only one film about this historical event to make my ballot. Tora! Tora! Tora! delivers on all counts and looks absolutely amazing, I Have it at #19. The General and Judgment at Nuremberg (my #47) are both certified classics, nice to see they made the list.

SEEN 24/34
BALLOT 8/25

I haven't seen Tora! Tora! Tora! but The General was my #21. I've gotta think Tom Cruise is a huge Buster Keaton fan.

I agree...

62. Spartacus
61. Kanał

Son of a ... I can't believe I forgot about Tora! Tora! Tora!. I'm really annoyed at myself, more so, as there are so few war films which I do like and, not only do I like this one, I love it a little. It would've certainly been top half for me, maybe even top 10. Idiot.

I don't care about or get Keaton. Never have and probably never will.

It's way too early for that one.
Yeah, I'm betting that one's easily Top 10.

Wow, I haven't heard of that one. Kanal is pretty solid.

I don’t know if I’ve ever actually seen all of a Rambo movie, nor do I want to. I prefer my Stallone thawed out, eating rat burgers, and having virtual sex with Sandra Bullock.

I’ve definitely never seen Kanal.

I love First Blood but it has nothing to do with war. He's just a vet lol. And who wants to be John Rambo? Sylvester Stallone maybe, but a homeless vagrant no thanks.

Kanal was terrific but it missed my ballot.
