05-27-12I'm still not entirely sure if it has totally dethroned Psycho, actually. 2001 is probably the greater film in terms of artistic achievement, but at the same time I still feel like Psycho has become a part of me in a way that Kubrick's film hasn't (not to say that 2001 hasn't also become an obsession of mine). I also have a very hard time giving the #1 spot to a film not made by Hitchcock, but time will tell if I decide to keep 2001 up there.

All come together for a nearly perfect film that I truly believe everyone should watch in their life
