I think #2 is completely up for grabs, especially considering the influx of vocal Lebowski fans lately. But maybe that's wishful thinking.
If it doesn't make #2 it's completely your fault Skepsis. Oh why didn't you like it the first time you saw it? Unless you submitted your list afterwards, but I don't think you did

Hold your horses, I did! Top 10, too.

I gave The Big Lebowski 0 points and Goodfellas 25 points, so at least I did my job to put this list in the right direction.
Don't talk to me again. Ever.

I knew I could count on you

Well I gave Goodfellas 0 points and The Big Lebowski 25 pounts, so you didn't actually put this list in any direction.
We cancel each other out.

Well, at least I made some good adjustments (for my tastes).

I still like The Big Lebowski, by the way, but I certainly don't love it as much as other people do. I don't consider it one of the Coen Brothers' very best films, for example.

It seems that it will be a hard film to beat for Goodfellas as it's very popular here.

How many times have you seen it by the way? I used to be of the same opinion as you, but now I think it's probably their best, I admire it a lot because it's very difficult I feel to make a comedy that honestly makes me laugh with almost every line

Bright light. Bright light. Uh oh.
I guess I better not talk to anybody anymore. When I post, just imagine I'm talking to my imaginary friend.

Two times by now and the second watch was slightly better than the first, I have to admit. I would now rate it
which is very good and probably makes it part of my top 30/35 of the '90s but not of my top 25.

I do feel that I might even like it more if I see it another time, as it really is a well made film. It's stylishly made, funny and has an entertaining story, so all the elements are there for me.
I just didn't make the connection yet that could make me fall in love with it. Maybe the next watch.

As for now, I think Goodfellas is waaaaaaaay better.

Shame on me, I haven't even seen The Big Lebowski! Goodfellas was #2 on my list.

I hope The Big Lebowski does get the #1 spot. It's complete trash, utterly boring and not funny at all except for robots, it is the most overrated thing I have ever seen, I think people who like it are brainwashed. It's the most perfect, fitting end to this travesty of a '90s list.

I repped your most as it made me laugh, of course I don't agree, but unless I am being an idiot here, robots?

The Brave Little Weeman Returns!

I can't believe how much people love that movie. It literally makes me feel like an alien from another planet, totally confused by the actions of your people. I bought the damn thing thinking it was going to be good because I have liked other Coen Brothers movies and everyone said it was the best movie ever. I shut it off after an hour. I couldn't take anymore. The famous quotes from that movie don't do anything for me. I didn't laugh. I laughed once - and even then I wonder if it was just out of desperate need to try to convince myself it was good. I find the "Dude" to be a stupid, colorless character. It has that actor I really can't stand, despite all the high praise he gets -- Phillip Seymour Hoffman. Who has done stuff I've liked, but he's starting to get on my nerves. I kinda like what John Goodman was doing, but I feel even he was wasted in a stupid script.

I just don't understand any of you and your obsession and love for that movie. I can understand why people flee to the Asian films when everyone around them is lost in the dead zone of some really bad movie. Had I seen The Big Lebowski years ago, I might have voted for Whisper of the Heart in this tournament.
