JJ Abrams' Star Trek films definitely work for me, and while Into Darkness is definitely not as good as Star Trek (2009) was, it does have a significantly stronger villain in Kahn portrayed by Benedict Cumberbatch (Eric Bana's Nero in the first film was kind of bland but still effective and the movi....

The two Star Trek films he has delivered have scored high as slices of big-ass action, but to me they don't feel like classic Trek.

But, Star Trek Into Darkness is a fun and exciting time, with plenty of laughs, turns, new additions and a shocking twist, it's easily one of the best films of the year.
