Dave Martone- Code Red, Big Church, What The Hell, Got Da Blues, attack of the celery crunchers, country maniac, actually all the songs in Demons dream have good guitar solos.
Buckethead- Giant Robot, Electric Tears, and Cuckoo Clocks from Hell all have pretty good guitar solos.
Steve Vai- for the love of god, burning down the mountain
Satriani- Flying in a blue dream
Marty Friedman- i think its called 717, hes got tons but I dont know them by the names
Pantera- cemetary gates, cowboys from hell
John 5- feisty cadavers, deads mans dream, sugarfoot rag, liberty, salt creek lake
John Petrucci- almost anything from LTE 2, and the early Dream theater albums
