What would you like to see for 2005?

I really want to see DVD’s hit the market a lot faster then what is has been in the past few years. I hate playing the waiting game, once they leave the theaters they should come out on DVD right away.

So, you seriously find three to six whole months a long waiting period?!? Man, are you ever spoiled! Why in the world would anybody go to see it in the theater if they knew it'd be available on DVD in thirty or forty days? Five months is not slow. At all.

This is not in the least bit feasible.

I wouldn't mind more movie marathons at local cinemas and even more mystery movies, just to add some more spice to a normal trip to the movies. Of course this only applies to cinemas in Australia, I don't really know what happens in the US/UK or even if you know what the heck I'm talking about .

Oh well for what it's worth that's what I want in 2005.

All of the above are great ideas... I'd have to add more rereleases for classic films. It's always a treat seeing movies that came out before my time on the big screen (Star Wars is a great example). I'd love to see movies like The Godfather in theaters.

Well, honestly theres nothing like going to the bigscreen & watching movies the way they were meant to be.

However I find it just a lil costly to go to theatres every day!

I can rent dvds & watch with with my surround syetm, but I still love the big screens, the big sound & all the pop corn+soda!!

more movie marathons at my cinema who over the past five years have done 1 single solitary marathon

I wouldn't mind seeing Milla in another zombie flick, and the naked factor would indeed kick ass.

I REALLY hate playing the waiting game. Most of it comes from the fact that I don't get to see every movie I want to see in the theatres. Yeah yeah I know, you say I should wait and I say shut the hell up. I'm impatient and I like movies. If I've watched a movie in the theatres, and I believed it was solid, I can wait for it to come on DVD. I won't purchase it right off the bat, I'll actually wait till it drops down a bit to 15 dollars or something. Usually I go around and see new movies coming in at 25. #woah.

Most of the time, they cost 15 bucks when they first hit the stores.
