Horror movie - girl kidnapped by corrupt Sheriff for human trafficking

I am searching for horror film about a girl who gets kidnapped by a corrupt Sheriff and is led to a house to be groomed for sex trafficking and a mad doctor is in it too

I've changed the title to something a little more meaningful. Any idea roughly when this might have been made? Was it an English language film? Every little bit of info can help in narrowing it down.

The main actors are English speaking. Made in USA. The doctor’s wife. Who has a penis could be russian. I cannot remember anything. A guy drops by to have a necrophilia scene with a dead person almost sick movie

Was gonna throw Eden out as a possibility but I don't remember there being anything like the follow-up info in that one. My memory is dreadful though.

I saw that, think it was a made for TV movie. Worth watching.

I have it on dvd somewhere. Might have to dig it out some time and give it a whirl, refresh the memory lol. I gave it a + according to my records.
