80,000 Post Milestone Reached

Yay.

• 50K to 60K - little under 3 months
• 60K to 70K - little over 4 months
• 70K to 80K - 2 and a half months

Thanks to everyone for helping us hit another milestone. Methinks the big 100,000 isn't out of reach this summer, given the looming magnitude of the 2003 summer movie season.

Some theorize that my hitting 10,000 posts will send joyous ideological shockwaves throughout the world by bringing peace to the middle east, unearthing the Ark of the Convenant, and reducing Sheryl Crow to a pillar of salt (whose salty likeness will subsequently be dumped on Barbara Streisand, who will have been transformed into a slug).

Most say that nothing will happen, and the freight train that is MoFo will continue to barrel forward with just that much more coal in its furnace. Still others insist that my 10,000th post will bring with it a form of enlightenment and cosmic understanding unknown to anyone who doesn't wear a robe.

Time will tell.

Im sure at least a few threads will be produced to help congratulate and shyit like that. but still 10,000 is a flaming worthy milestone, you may earn my respect yet! but dont hold your breath

80,000 posts well uh im not sure what to say.....woo hoo? yipee? whoop whoop woodle? just cant think of words that give it justice.

Thanks. I think. I'd estimate that about 12 of the 10,000 are actually about movies, too. Amazing, eh?

Well, yes, she walks the Earth, Chris, but she was already a slug, so maybe we just won't notice the difference.

I think that an update is required because I only joined yesterday and there are almost 95,000 posts and no thread mentioning it
