So, they pump out sequels to Twilight and The Fast And Furious movies, they remake Poltergeist and Total Recall... and now they spew sequels to sh*t like this too?

Yet stuff like Dredd gets left on the shelf...

Cinema really has hit a new low.

Paul Blart is like, a comedy made by Uwe Boll. It's gash.
Kevin James is a prick as well.

I saw his brand of "comedy" in his sitcom that was getting aired at 6am on channel 4... and it revolves around him being a complete dick to his on-screen wife and kids backed up by overly loud canned laughter.

One episode even had him pressure his wife into dating a cop so he could get out of a parking ticket.

My sides were splitting on that one (sarc).

The phrase "my sides were splitting" sure paints an odd mental picture.

The first movie wasn't good enough to care about, but wasn't downright awful enough to be a "so bad that it's good" kind of thing. It was just bland and forgettable.

I'll probably pass on this.

A loving heart is the truest wisdom.
I watched the trailer and I already want a refund. :/

Eh, it looked fine for what it was - a comedy film oriented toward very young audiences or families. I'd watch this over Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, I'll say that much.

Is it just me though or are they re-using the exact same gags from the original film? The gag where he tries to slide behind wall and has to scoot himself back was from the original trailer IIRC.

Kevin James is fairly funny but I thought Mall Cop was below average. Only laughed a couple times. I think I'll pass on this.
