Hello,
I remember watching a Low Budget/B movie once where a troubled young lonely woman meets a guy and becomes obsessed with him she holds him captive (ties him up). I remember her cutting of his leg to make sure he won't run away.
In her delusional state she tells him how much she loves him and she talks about their wedding day. I also remember her forcing herself on him and telling him how she is a virgin.
Near the end, another girl comes to rescue the captured guy and the crazy girl tries to cut out her eye and tongue but fails. I distinctly remember the captured man shouting "I don't love you, I don't love you **** you" and the woman (the crazy one) becoming distressed and enraged and then tries to kill him but is killed herself.
It then goes to her memories of when she was a child and she had the same mental problems. She harms another child by tying him to the bed and setting the room on fire all because she felt he didn't "love her".
