That's seriously the most annoying catch phrase I've ever heard

Arnie vs Roger Moore's one liners from Bond.

Not the best line ever, but one that really makes me laugh. From "So Fine" (not a good movie) - Jack Warden's character is in Venice Italy and he asks one of the locals "How long have the streets been f*%ked-up like this?"
