Stalker may be the greatest film I have seen as an art form, but in the more traditional terms of characters, story, arcs, themes, and especially the overall message of the movie this Frank Capra classic takes the cake.

But regardless of how commonly shown the film is, or how many times one has seen it, It's a Wonderful Life remains a remarkable film.

I don't think I'll watch It's a Wonderful Life every Christmas, but it's hard to think of a better example of a pure Christmas film.
