HELLO! My name is...

Hi everyone. I found this site through my good buddy Google. Out of all the "favorite movie" threads I've seen, the ones here are the most eclectic.

Some stuff about me...hmm, well I'm a secular carbon-based thirty-something Asian American male musician and goldsmith pretending to be a taxi driver. My favorite director is Akira Kurosawa. I'm from New York and studied painting in college. I have slept on the ground in 49 states. My favorite color is red. I live in Alaska but don't own a single hat or a pair of boots. My next post will probably be my top ten list.

Thanks all. My top ten is done for the moment. Tough business making those, but I have a warped interpretation of fun. I tried not to repeat directors because then it would probably be five Kurosawa, three Wong Kar-Wai and two Hitchcock. Or something like that.
