Go to youtube, find the video you want, copy the url, return to MoFo, click reply and then click the youtube icon on your screen, then paste the url inbetween the brackets. Or, alternatively, you can type out the BBC Code for youtube. Basically it will look like this (without the spaces):

Now you know.
