The Time Machine, 1960 version. The 2002 remake was ok-ish, but I thought adding the love story, and the motivations for building the machine felt tacked on.

I stumbled upon this film on tv late 1 night and absolutely loved it!! Definately recommend it!!

Favorite Movies
Definitely the original Time Machine, possibly my favorite movie of all time, definitely my favorite sci-fi movie of all time. Everything about it just seems so perfect to me. Just enough differences from the book without completely disregarding it, perfect effects for it's time, etc. I absolutely adore it.
Most original take I have seen on the time travel movies has been

Timecrimes is definitely up there as one of the best I have seen.
