What's the first movie you can remember?

Tools

The People's Republic of Clogher
This is the first film I was brought to see, but got carried out (fast asleep) soon after the opening credits.

This is the first movie I can actually remember watching at the cinema:

What's yours?

Rember watching at home = Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II : The Secret of the Ooze.

Rember watching at the cinema = The Lion King.

Turtle Power!

Put me in your pocket...
I'm pretty sure my first movie was MaryPoppins.
It was soooo long ago though. My memory isn't what it used to be.

That first thread is a hoot. I miss Austruck and MaryLo posting around more.

The first movie I remember watching was Cheech and Chong: Next Movie. I watched it when I was around 4 or 5. Of course I didn't understand what was going on in it. My parents were watching it.

"I can't help it..."
I think the first film I ever saw was either The Neverending Story or The Blues Brothers, can't remember which one.

The first movie i saw was Lion king...

You ready? You look ready.
To tell you the truth I can't remember but, I'll guess. The first movie I remember going to as a kid was The Lion King and for home the only thing I remember, before the adult movies, was The Hunchback of Notre Dame. The first "adult" movie I ever saw was Lethal Weapon.

That was the first movie I saw in the theater as well...followed up with 101 Dalmations, Candleshoe, and The Rescuers. I also remember seeing Robert Altman's Popeye when it came out and I hated it. But then when I was around fifteen, I saw it again...stoned off my ass...and LOVED it. I laughed so hard I ruptured my spleen or somethin'.

My Uncle took me to see that. It's funny that there's so much controversy surrounding thuis film, because when I saw it a child, I didn't run out of the theater wanting to lynch "Uncle Tom" or any of his kin. IT'S A FRIGGIN' CHILDS STORY!!! KIDS DON'T HATE UNLESS PA OR MA TEACH 'EM TO!!!
