Favorite Woody Allen Film?

I'm surprised, most people hated Interiors, like it was an unfunny Annie Hall.

Love Annie Hall, Midnight in Paris and Hannah and Her Sisters. Like Crimes and Misdemeanors. Manhattan is just ok in my opinion.

From what I've seen, Manhattan Murder Mystery would be my top pick.

I agree but without 'Midnight in Paris'.

I was surprised when Midnight in Paris won best Original Screenplay (Well, not entirely, the academy basically forbids Foreign Language films from winning other categories nowadays, but I think A Separation deserved it). It was a good screenplay, but pales compared to Allen's other works. The Purple Rose of Cairo was a better journey into fantasy. I guess it was just a popular, safe choice.

Really? Well that doesn't sound like the Academy at all.

Really liked Midnight in Paris
Liked Manhattan a fair amount, but not as much

I'm not a Woody Allen fan but I loved "Hannah and her Sisters" and "Manhattan". I really need to see Annie Hall.

@Skepsis: you should really see Crimes and Misdemeanors and Manhattan again. Especially the latter one rewards rewatches, in my opinion.

EDIT: Just watched Zelig and added it. Great film!
