Why has nobody said Al Pacino???? He is very interesting to watch on screen, making all of his characters a memorable. He is great in The Godfather Trillogy, Dog Day Afternoon, Scareface, etc. I just don't understand why nobody has posted him... ???

Have to agree with you there he is by far the best actor to watch on screen. I would also say Christopher Walken the man has so many expressions, and is so interesting to watch on screen.

I got for good luck my black tooth.
Sean Penn

Penn makes consistantly good choices so the movies he are always great or at least good and his often wildly over the top performances are always a joy to watch for the mountains full of energy and effort he pours into them.

Even to those who don't like Penn, can you honestly say you get bored watching him go crazy, as he did in say...Mystic River?

my list includes only those who have the so-called "brilliance and glamour" that the camera simply loves to capture
(their respective ranks and breath-taking performances)

1.SHARON STONE-gloria
the all-in-one mix, when you like to go sentimental and all of a sudden want to go laughing, have a look at one of her performances and you'll have it
2.JESSICA LANGE-a thousand acres
the silent killer, she'll kill you with her strong characterization of any role she'll portray in a manner that no one will know, you'll just find out that your tears are digging out a well out of your cheeks
3.EILEEN WALSH-the magdalene sisters
the third party, better do your very best to remain standing, or else this lass will grab your shine in less than a second
4.MICHELLE PFEIFFER-a thousand acres
the add-on,don't just have a sip of your softdrink while watching a movie, have some popcorn to enjoy and become satisfied, when this girl isn't around the screen you'll feel empty for sure
5.JODIE FOSTER-panic room
the main menu, she's best when she stars the film, when she's not the lead would still have the difficulty to grab the moviegoer's attention from her because once the main menu will always be the main menu

Man of La Movies
Jodi Foster - Starting with Taxi Driver, she's been so captivating, that she's actually driven men to kill in order to be noticed by her. Other spellbinding performances: Silence of the Lambs, Contact, Panic Room.

Edward Norton - He came out of nowhere with Primal Fear, and has been a powerhouse star ever since. See: American History X, Fight Club, Keeping the Faith

Al Pacino - C'mon...he was Michael Corleone, for pete's sake. He has done some remarkable films. See: The Godfather 1&2, Dog Day Afternoon, Frankie And Johnny, Scent of a Woman, Devil's Advocate, Serpico, (also, see Simone...The premise isn't great, but Pacino is fabulous.)

Audrey Hepburn - I'm just going to list movies...Breakfast at Tiffany's, Charade, Sabrina, How to Steal a Million, Roman Holiday, Wait until Dark, My Fair Lady, The Children's Hour.

Brad Pitt - Say what you will, I know he's the iconic Hollywood hunk of today, but just look at what he's done with his career. With modest beginnings as the hunk in Thelma and Louise, he's created a career with such highlights as: True Romance, Interview with the Vampire,Se7en, 12 Monkeys, Fight Club, Snatch(one of my personal favorite roles of his), and Ocean's 11(and 12).

I'll post more as I think of them
