I would have to say John Cazale. He wasn't in many movies,but every character that he portrayed made a lasting impression on me.
I also admire Marcello Mastroianni ,he was perfect to play Federico Fellini's alter ego on the screen.
Unfortunately none of them won an Oscar for their talented work.

I dunno, is "Ryan Gosling is a good actor" a drug? Drive and Half Nelson are both fantastic films where he pretty much stole the show.

I just don't like him. We'll have to agree to disagree. I don't want this to turn into Yoda vs CA all over again.

That's too bad. I haven't even gotten to the twist yet, where I am in fact Ryan Gosling!

I think I smoked a joint before I watched Lars and the Real Girl, but I might not have - it's been a while since I watched the flick. His performance was fantastic, though. Each, to his own, and all that.
