looking for movie title

I am trying to recall a movie - a "lifetime" perhaps, in which a couple who ran a coffee/bait & tackle shop tried to adopt a little boy. It also had a christmas theme I think.

Pretty sure any movie in which coffee, bait and tackle are all in one shop, would be easy to find. Not to mention, just plain nasty.

Is there anything else you remember about it? When did you see it, and approximately what year was it released (or at least appear to have been released) in?
