Ausar Walcott pled not guilty yesterday. The 23-year-old was charged on Tuesday with first-degree attempted murder, second-degree aggravated assault and third-degree endangering an injured victim. His alleged victim is in a medically induced coma and listed in critical condition at a New York hospital.

A third man is now in custody in Hernandez murder probe. Ernest Wallace AKA Fish turned himself in when he found out the Mass. Police were seeking him as an accessory after murder. Muscle Milk and Puma have both dropped Hernandez as a spokesman. “The evidence of his guilt is overwhelming,” prosecutor William McCauley said.

Another arrest for the NFL. This time it's Colts Safety Joe Lefeged. He led the police on a chase and is facing multiple gun-related offenses. Carrying a firearm without license, unregistered firearm, unregistered ammunition and presence of a firearm in a motor vehicle.


Then of course there is Josh Brent, he failed a second drug test while out on bond on an intoxicated manslaughter charge.

The Broncos' director of player personnel Matt Russel is facing multiple charges including DUI and careless driving resulting in injury. Of all things for him to hit, he hit a police department SUV. The officer was taken to the hospital, treated and released. He is also accused of fleeing the scene in an earlier collision. Russel faces discipline from the team and the NFL also. Potential discipline includes: fines, suspension or banishment from the league, and may include a probationary period and conditions must be satisfied prior to or following reinstatement.

Offseason arrests are up 75% from last year.

Victor Cruz has struck a $45.879M contract with NY Giants.

Lawrence Taylor's son has been charged with statutory rape, aggrivated child molestation and aggrivated sodomy.

Matt Barkley and RG3 both married their college sweethearts on Saturday.

Ausar Walcott, former rookie linebacker for the Cleveland Browns, claims he acted in self defence. He was charged with attemped murder, second degree aggrivated assault and third degree endangering an injured victim. Walcott was an undrafted rookie, he was released right after the incident. It appears his NFL career is over before it even started.

Ahmad Brooks won't be charged in alleged assault case.

Weslye Saunders has been suspended for the first eight games of the 2013 season for violating the NFL's policy on performance enhancing substances.

Colin Kaepernick expects some crap from his team for his photos in the ESPN Body issue.

P. Manning is claiming that the Broncos offence will be unstoppable.... We shall see.
