Yeah, I'll agree. I'm not sure I see the point of stating, definitively, that you'll never give something a perfect rating. A "perfect" rating is not the same thing as a "perfect" film. You're giving it the highest rating on a given scale, because you think it's about as good a film as films get to be.
The effect is lost anyway, because if you refuse on some strange principle to EVER hand out a perfect rating, it'll just make 4.5 out of 5 the equivalent of a perfect rating for you.
