Ive been looking forward to Machette since seeing the fake trailer on Planet Terror. Im very intrigued with the idea of Kill Bill vol.3

Underworld 4 is another movie im looking forward too, does anyone know if Kate Beckonsale is in it or is there going to be someone trying to fill her role?

Not sure if Beckinsale will be in it or not.. But I am sure it will come out in 3D.

Rumors about Beckinsale’s involvement in Underworld 4 have been abound for months now. Back in August of 2009, Bloody-Disgusting reported hearing whispers that Beckinsale would in fact be back.

Since that time, there has been no official confirmation that Beckinsale will be back for Underworld 4. The latest report back in Feburary, Bloody-Disgusting posted that they have confirmed Beckinsale’s return to the franchise. After doing some digging Bloody Disgusting added some specifics, which basically paint the picture of Beckinsale being obligated to return for another film unless she can wiggle her way out of it.


In a separate Variety article, there is mention that Beckinsale’s husband, director Len Wiseman – the man who helmed the first two Underworld films – will be directing Underworld 4. If that is true, it becomes an even shorter stretch of imagination to assume that his wife (Beckinsale) will join him.

Underworld 4 (in 3D!) is slated for a January 21, 2011 release, so expect official casting confirmations to come soon.

I really hope she will be back as the role is hers and tbh it wont be the same if someone else trys to take her place. I hope Wiseman does return to the directors chair as I feel he did a cracking job with both films.
