Name of a horror movie

I forgot the name of this horror movie. It's about a monster or demon who kills people and rides in a very fast truck along the road. And when there are people riding on the road, he drives after them and kills them. He then takes them to his "house". His "house" is full of corpses of people he killed. And his "house" is actually a cave beneath a farm. The main characters of the movie are a boy and a girl. And at the end of the movie, the boys eyes are cut out of his head by the monster/demon thing. Does anybody know the title of this horror movie?

That's definitely Jeepers Creepers.

First third of the film is downright brilliant. The rest is so-so, and even a little silly at points. But those first 30-40 minutes...wow. Very tense, very well crafted.
